Card machine
An operation of fundamental importance in the processing cycle of textile fibers, whose purpose is to untangle them to make them parallel and free of foreign matter.
In hat carding, the carding action takes place mainly between a drum rotating at high speed and a series of flat-surfaced hats (carding pair), covered with a gasket of steel tips, which move, very slowly, in the same direction and are subjected to the cleaning action of a rotating brush.
Open end spinning
This spinning machine uses a turbine rotor system where fibers are twisted inside a cylinder. The most interesting thing about this system is that some intermediate preparation steps are eliminated, reducing time and cost. In addition, final winding can be avoided with this method since it is incorporated into the system
